Session Title: “Want a thriving workplace?” Focus on generational differences
Speaker: Divya Prabha Chinnadurai, Research Scholar, Anna University
Session description: This presentation explains whether personality and happiness at the workplace differ across three generations of workers: Gen Xs, Gen Ys, and Gen Zs, and how they affect job performance. Generational stereotypes in management literature have not been supported by the results. Both WPH and Personality variables showed meaningful differences between the three generations, thereby affecting the performance of each generation.
