Session description: This workshop will insight on how to be productive and achieve organizational agility, we will focus on how to focus on the value of leadership. This PowerPoint Presentation allows the enabling of continual improvement throughout any organizational plan that will be made upon this viewpoint. Establishing trust with your supervisor and co-workers would ensure an ideal relevance to service management in an organizational environment. For the Leaders of a particular career field that are and would desire to create certain techniques for your company or business, there are steps involved with ethical decision making. You as a leader should be open to feedback and criticism. It’s never too late to become a leader.
Bio: Adelle is a graduate of St. Petersburg College with an Associate in Science Degree, she majored in Computer Network Administration/Network Technologies. Adelle has accomplished two technical sub-plans before finishing her entire degree in Computer Support in 2017 and Linux System Administration 2020. She has created a field of opportunity for herself in the IT world and in her community by starting an initial interest in something just away from the campus if something were to happen due to COVID. She has graduated in high honours with Women On The Way and is a distinguished member of St. Petersburg College’s Women On The Way Advisory Committee. Lending her expertise in leadership skills to help improve the economic mobility of our society. This is a positive role in Governor DeSantis’ goal to make Florida College’s No.1 in the nation in workforce education. Within St. Petersburg Collaborative Skills and Training she has CEU training hours in Compassion Fatigue and Human Trafficking with The Center for Public Safety Innovation and also The Department of Juvenile Justice in partnership with St. Petersburg College. She has a granted certificate from The National Council for Behavioral Health “Youth Mental Health First Aid USA.” Other accomplishments are Collaborative Labs through St. Petersburg College Workforce Google IT Technical Support Fundamentals, Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking for Google IT. Adelle has the completion of courses at The University of South Florida Muma College of Business the classes are Crowdsourcing, Emerging Trends GLOSERV, University of South Florida Post- Crisis Hospitality and Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; these courses with the University of South Florida are essential for the part-time career that she has in retail.
